About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our food service sites, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy and exceptional customer experience.
  • Financial Performance: Develop and manage accurate financial projections, including raw materials, wages, and other expenses, to ensure optimal business performance.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, including contract negotiations and business development opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Hospitality/Catering Background: Proven experience in the hospitality or catering industry, with a strong understanding of food service operations and customer service principles.
  • People Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with a focus on employee development and engagement.
  • Client Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in finance systems and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of Finance Systems: Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Full Clean Enhanced DBS: Requirement for a full clean enhanced DBS check.
