About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Solicitor to join our team at Jameson Legal in Liverpool. As a senior associate or legal director, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to corporate clients, management teams, and private equity investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting on complex mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, equity capital markets, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and corporate reorganisations and restructurings.
  • Mentoring and supervising more junior members of the team.
  • Assisting with business development activities and tenders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstratable experience of acting at the senior associate or legal director level.
  • Prior experience in working on business development activities and tenders is desirable.
