Execute refrigeration tasks, both reactive and proactive, adhering to the client's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring and installing components as instructed by the Senior Managing Engineer or Operations Manager.
  • Identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions.
  • Utilizing client-specific systems.
  • Responding to service calls as assigned by Service Control.
  • Maintaining service logs and timekeeping records accurately and promptly.
  • Updating client reporting systems in a timely and precise manner.
  • Ensuring safety compliance in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Success Metrics:

  • Establishing strong collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Being an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team that delivers high-quality reactive and proactive maintenance across various contracts.
  • Collaborating with management to meet contract objectives and performance indicators.
  • Ensuring all team members uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Maintaining positive communication with stakeholders, keeping clients informed about work progress and expected repair timelines.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards and protocols.
  • Achieving health and safety and quality benchmarks.
  • Complying with organizational standards, policies, and procedures, including those related to People & Development, Fleet, and Inventory.
  • Accurate and timely use of IT systems to provide relevant information.
  • Exhibiting responsible driving behaviors as monitored through Fleet Management Tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in refrigeration and alarm systems, air conditioning, building controls, food production equipment, general machinery, and electrical and fabric repairs.
  • Possession of an 'F-GAS 2079 Refrigerant Handling' certification.
  • Experience with CO2 systems.
  • Basic HVAC knowledge is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude and work ethic.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic.
  • Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
