They act for a diverse client-base including institutions, pension funds, property companies, charities, and private developers.

They boast one of the largest Real Estate practices in the London market and have established themselves as one of the 'go-to' firms for overseas investors.

The Opportunity

The Commercial Real Estate Department have received multiple accreditations by the Legal 500 and Chambers UK and are recognised as leading advisers in their field.

In particular, they are renowned for their work in Development, being led by L500 recognised partners.

The Development team advises on all aspects of a development transaction including complex forward funding's as well as acting on investment acquisitions and disposals, asset management, and restructuring work and the provision of real estate advice on corporate-driven transactions.

Requirements

  • Qualified Commercial Real Estate Associate with between 3 – 7 years' PQE
  • Sold track record of managing Commercial Real Estate Development matters
  • Experience acting for institutions and developers at a Top Tier Real Estate practice
