Lead Planning, Monitoring & Controls Professional - Controls
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Planning, Monitoring & Controls team. As a key member of our Supply Chain strategy and integration team, you will be responsible for coordinating across all IDT SC activities, ensuring Risk, Opportunities and CSR Variances are understood.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate monthly Project Control governance reviews to ensure Risk, Opportunities and CSR Variances are understood.
- Develop and maintain cash forecasts for Supply Chain Activities, challenging and liaising with PM Business Ops and senior stakeholders.
- Work with various model packages and tools, including spreadsheets, databases, and simulation tools.
- Conduct governance and assurance reviews to ensure all teams are working to optimum good practices consistently across all IDTs.
- Progress changes that impact the Supply Chain and interface across the business unit.
- Present key Business Management information to senior management to support monthly management reviews.
- Experience in all aspects of project management, including project control and/or supply chain.
- Proficiency in general project management toolsets, including Excel and MS projects.
- Degree in a relevant subject or substantial practical knowledge gained through experience.
- Project Management Qualification, such as the APM Project Management.
