We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motor Controls Technologist to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the Motor Controls team, helping to elevate their performance and drive technical excellence in our project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and coaching to the Motor Controls team
  • Offer support and guidance on complex technical issues across all projects
  • Develop and implement control algorithms for digital control systems
  • Model complex electronic and mechanical systems using MATLAB/Simulink and Embedded Coder

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in designing and developing control algorithms for digital control systems
  • Proficient in using MATLAB/Simulink and Embedded Coder
  • Experience with controlling BLDC motors
  • Strong modelling skills, including feedback sensors, motors, drivetrains, and drive electronics
