Job Description
As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, helping your client wash and dress, meal preparation, light housework, accompanying your client to appointments, and providing companionship.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, enjoy helping others, and have a desire to give back to their community. If you are a good conversationalist with a great sense of humour, we would like to hear from you
What We Provide
At Home Instead, we offer a warm and friendly work environment, with a large community outreach and opportunities to get involved with local events and fundraising. We provide fully paid training, mentor systems for the first 12 weeks, and continued 24/7 support from our office. Our carer of the month award and reward scheme recognize and reward our dedicated team members. We offer competitive pay, from £12 to £13 per hour, with a variety of working hours and contract types to fit around your lifestyle.
