Role Overview:

As the Dining and Beverage Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Restaurant and Bar teams to oversee all facets of the operation, ranging from upscale dining experiences to casual bar settings, including afternoon tea services. Your partnership with our Chef and senior management will be crucial in developing and executing food concepts, while you lead by example to provide exceptional and memorable service to our guests.

You will motivate and guide the team with clarity and assurance, ensuring that the department is well-prepared and organized. Additionally, you will assist the Managers in guaranteeing that all guests are satisfied and receiving top-notch service.

Key Qualifications:

A professional demeanor, extensive knowledge, and a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences to guests; maintaining high standards will be second nature to you; Comfortable operating in both high-volume environments and intimate fine dining settings; Proven experience at the Restaurant Manager level across diverse settings, bringing a wealth of experience to the role; Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of team retention and development; Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English – both written and spoken; capable of building relationships with the broader hotel team and guests; A passion for working in a dynamic environment with a proactive attitude and an appreciation for a bustling atmosphere.
