About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and flexible Support Worker to join our team at Hays Social Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with their daily routines, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, promoting their independence and self-esteem.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a high-quality service.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behavior is preferred.
  • Commitment to undertaking all pre-employment training.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Valid driving license.
