Job Summary:

Topps Tiles, a leading UK tile distributor, is seeking two Part Time Sales Executives to join its team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through excellent relationship building and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on all sample purchases through a three-stage process
  • Upsell products to customers
  • Contact 'Abandon Cart' customers to close or identify gaps in our offering
  • Handle sales calls and close sales
  • Identify and enroll VIP Club members
  • Identify new customers and build relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year's experience working in sales
  • Can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • Tenacity and drive to succeed
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Keen to take ownership in a role with confidence and enthusiasm
