About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Software Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Jenrick Technology. As a Junior Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing software development projects from initial planning to final implementation, ensuring successful delivery within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with project management teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets, and coordinate project activities and resources to ensure smooth execution.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, and conduct quality assurance checks and testing activities.
  • Client Management: Host client meetings to gather feedback and ensure project alignment, and support project teams in managing communication and expectations with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a project-based role, ideally with responsibility to deliver on projects from start to finish.
