Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quality Coordinator/Supervisor to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of practice and inclusion provisions across two regions, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and national standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits and produce reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support managers and settings with inspections, including Ofsted and Early Years inspections.
  • Produce annual reports on inspections, monitoring progress and agreeing actions with regional managers.
  • Provide administrative support, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional managers and Ofsted.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably in the care industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and professionals.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Knowledge of Ofsted and national standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
