  • Gap Management: Manage gaps and cancellations post-order confirmation, ensuring minimal impact on product availability.
  • Marketing and Operations Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop launch-specific marketing plans and product packs for website uploads.
  • Delivery Schedule Management: Coordinate with our operations team to monitor and manage delivery schedules, ensuring timely market launches.
  • Inventory Allocation: Oversee correct allocations to e-commerce channels, optimizing inventory distribution.
  • Promotion and Discount Strategy: Strategize promotions and discounts to achieve revenue and inventory objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years' experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail analytics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Merchandising preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, strong communication and collaboration skills, and passion for streetwear fashion and trends.
