Office Angels is partnering with a forward-thinking organization in the education sector to find a skilled HR Business Partner. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement people plans that align with the organization's strategy.
  • To establish and maintain robust HR processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • To provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and benefits.
  • To analyze data and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Formal CIPD membership or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR specialisms, including learning and development, recruitment, reward, and employee relations.
  • Experience of embedding robust HR processes and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
