Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Butler Rose in central Winchester. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for the management accounts and financial planning of our internal group companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare management accounts for multiple companies within the group, including P&L, cashflow, variance analysis, accruals, and prepayments.
- Analyse financial information to ascertain the company's performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Review bank reconciliations as needed and perform ad-hoc bookkeeping tasks.
- Part qualified or nearly/newly qualified through ACCA/ACA (study support offered if required).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working on management accounts.
- Experience preparing P&L, cashflow, variance analysis, etc.
- Experience analysing company accounts for profitability.
