Job Overview

Ramsay Health Care UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Scrub ODP to join our Theatre department in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical outcomes and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality surgical support in orthopaedic theatre, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs
• Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive work environment
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and expertise

Requirements

• HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
• Surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs
• Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirable but not essential
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Flexible and positive attitude
• A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
