ABOUT THE ROLE
A newly created position within the organization, the Exhibitor Engagement Manager will be accountable for the financial performance of a diverse range of exhibitor services through the exhibitor sales team. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to strategically guide the team towards greater success and a more efficient sales methodology.
Key responsibilities will encompass:
- Proactively strategizing for future sales and formulating departmental business plans
- Ownership of achieving team revenue and KPI objectives
- Enhancing the team's proactive approach to business development
- Providing monthly and quarterly analytical reports
- Collaborating closely with department heads to execute show-specific sales initiatives
- Conducting market research and actively identifying new opportunities
- Preparing sales reports, including updated forecasts, and contributing to the Sales and Marketing strategy
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
