About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Support Associate to join our team at ProSearch Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our procurement and commercial supplier support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Data Administration: You will be responsible for managing supplier data, including contracts, pricelists, price increases, and promotions.
- Process Support: You will provide support to our teams to ensure that processes and projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Data Analysis: You will analyze data to provide in-depth negotiating support to our buying teams, helping us to drive business growth and improve profitability.
- Contract Quality: You will work closely with our teams to ensure accurate contract quality proof checking, ensuring that all contracts are compliant and up-to-date.
- Performance Monitoring: You will monitor statistics, KPIs, and savings measurement to track performance delivery and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Commercial Acumen: You will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Technical Skills: You will have experience with Microsoft Office and Excel, including pivot tables and Vlookup.
- Project Management: You will have project management capability, with the ability to manage different activities and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Data Administration: You will have experience as a data administrator, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
