Job Summary

The Organisational Development Consultant will play a key role in driving and delivering improvements in culture, behaviours, engagement, and leadership within the Women's and Children's service at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.

Main Responsibilities

The post holder will work as a core member of the Women's and Children's clinical and management team, providing leadership, direction, and professional curiosity within maternity and neonatal services.

They will work with key stakeholders and interdependent projects and programmes to foster greater wellbeing, develop leadership capacity, and embed a safety culture, a culture of civility, and a sense of shared ownership and accountability across the services.

The post holder will apply a 'whole system' perspective, utilising a combination of OD improvement skills to support the delivery of sustainable cultural and transformational change.
