Fleet Controller Job Description

At Greenergy, we're committed to innovation and excellence in waste-based renewables and fuel supply. As a Fleet Controller, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, driving efficiency, and reducing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on company-powered and non-powered asset downtime, communicating with third-party support partners as needed.
  • Manage the administration of motor insurance claims, including communicating with drivers, repair agents, and manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Team to reduce costs, fleet downtime, and accidents.
  • Provide tyre information for call-outs and rectification, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Communicate fleet availability to other departments and stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination.
Requirements:
  • IT proficiency in Office 365, with experience in Excel, particularly in pivot tables, formulas, and conditional formatting.
  • Ability to adapt interpersonal and communication styles when dealing with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure office environment, with flexibility and multitasking skills.
