Job Title: Store Colleague

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Colleague. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to provide a personalized shopping experience, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Support a culture of exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and building loyalty.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant operating environment for colleagues and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge training to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Follow processes and policies to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Passion for customer service and a proven track record of delivering excellence.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity, with the ability to identify opportunities to drive sales growth.
