Empowering Independence

At Bluebird Care, we're dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. Our Live-in Care Assistant role is designed to provide companionship, support, and care to those who need it most.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to our customers, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication administration.
  • Assisting with household chores, meal preparation, and shopping to ensure our customers' needs are met.
  • Offering companionship and social interaction to help combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Working collaboratively with our customers and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive rate of £700-£800 per week, with enhanced rates for certain Bank Holidays.
  • A separate room to stay, with access to a TV and Wi-Fi.
  • Three meals a day or an allowance from the customer.
  • Regular contact with your supervisor and access to our career pathway for professional development.
  • Ongoing training and support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to provide exceptional care.
