The appointed leader for advanced clinical practice will spearhead the Trust-wide initiatives for the development and leadership of Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs). This role involves collaboration with professional leads to enhance advanced practice and support the Chief Nurse in crafting and executing a comprehensive advanced practice strategy, including clear career pathways.

In this capacity, you will provide specialized advice, education, consultancy, and clinical expertise.
