We are seeking an ambitious M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team at FYA Technical Recruitment. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial control processes to ensure the commercial success of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing sub-contractor accounts and payments
  • Monthly contract reviews
  • Variation costing
  • Agreement of final accounts

**Key Responsibilities:

• BEng in Quantity Surveying or related field

• Experience in building services engineering

• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
