About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our National Field Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share across a defined portfolio of stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Distribution: Ensure specific stores are stocking our core brands and showcasing new product development.
  • Embed Our Energy Portfolio and Focus 5 Brands: Drive improved rate of sale and distribution on key energy and 500ml packs.
  • Sales KPI Delivery: Meet and exceed sales targets, including market share growth, scorecard improvement, and new accounts opened.
  • Brand Plan Activation/In-Store Activation: Sell and communicate brand plans at a local level, educating retailers and ensuring key business messages are relayed effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with retailers, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve market share.
  • Present Brands: Present our brands to retailers, securing commitments to purchase and educating them on the Soft Drink category.
  • Admin and Reporting: Complete administrative tasks, such as order sheets and call reports, to ensure accurate sales data and reporting.
Requirements
  • Full Driving Licence: Essential for the role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with retailers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Self-Motivation and Flexibility: Ability to work independently and flexibly, with a strong sense of self-motivation.
  • Fluent in English: Essential for effective communication with retailers and colleagues.
