Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our Childbase Partnership team. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and education for our children, while also supporting the development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Early Years Educators in a room-based setting, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the well-being and learning of children aged 2-3 years old.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes and ensure a nurturing and supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the best interests of children and staff.

Requirements

  • Hold an early years qualification at level three or above and have demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting.
  • Have excellent EYFS knowledge and be passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners.
  • Be able to inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and ensure their team feel nurtured, supported and motivated.
  • Thrives in a busy, team-orientated environment, champions partnership working and is supportive and sensitive to the needs of others.
