About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled TOSCA SME to join our team at Tech Mahindra. As a TOSCA SME, you will be responsible for building and implementing test automation strategies and frameworks, guiding the test automation team, and ensuring the successful implementation of test automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Automation Strategy and Framework: Develop and implement test automation strategies and frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Team Guidance and Leadership: Guide and lead the test automation team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Test Case Development: Derive test cases from high-level designs and component designs to ensure comprehensive testing.
  • Automation Roadmap: Conduct discussions with stakeholders to develop and implement an automation roadmap.
  • Resource Enablement: Ensure that automation resources have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the project or program.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess knowledge of XML, web services, microservices, JSON, and middleware/integration technologies, as well as BPM and orchestration suites.
  • CI/CD/CT Tooling: Have a good understanding of CI/CD/CT tooling and the ability to deliver using CI/CD/CT pipelines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to represent Tech Mahindra in meetings with clients.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively in a multi-vendor environment and be able to understand ways of working via team interactions in update calls.
  • Self-Starter: Be a self-starter and proactive in identifying areas of growth in an ongoing program.
  • Team Player: Be a team player and able to work with a team of junior testers to ensure work is progressing well and resolve technical and non-technical hurdles.
