About the Role:
This is a key position within The Kraft Heinz Company, providing commercial support to the Head of Finance and Foodservice & Export team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, and reporting across various business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the completion of monthly financial forecast/budgeting cycle, ensuring accurate recording of sales plans and variances.
- Perform month-end analysis and reporting, ensuring reliability and completeness of data in the general ledger and data warehouse.
- Run preliminary analysis to identify key variances to the sales plan, including volume/mix/price/deals, etc.
- Assist in other ad-hoc requests/analysis/financial calculations, such as new business wins and range extensions.
- Make recommendations and drive results that improve business processes and free up resources.
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, and/or Accounting.
- 2-3 years of work experience that complements financial training.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel (macros, indexmatch, vlookup, etc.) and Access.
- Efficient in working with large datasets, identifying issues, fixing, transforming, uploading, and presenting.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
