About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Tigerlily Childcare Berks and Bucks Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our nursery and ensuring that every child receives a high level of care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that every child receives a high level of care and is in a safe environment
  • Deliver stimulating methods of learning to help shape individual needs, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Lead a team of exceptional people towards a common goal
  • Have experience with business and commerce elements of the nursery runnings
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance procedures
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with parents, colleagues, children, and external partners

Requirements
  • Must be Level 3 qualified or above
  • Experience with an Early Years Leadership role ideally as a Deputy Manager or similar
  • A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with Good or Outstanding outcomes
