Rodericks Dental is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Dental Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
- As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the dental team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You will be responsible for assisting dentists and hygienists with patient exams, treatments, and procedures, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- With a strong focus on patient satisfaction, you will work closely with the team to deliver personalized care and exceed patient expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists and hygienists with patient exams, treatments, and procedures, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and maintain patient records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the dental team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive practice success.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
Requirements
- Active GDC registration and a strong understanding of healthcare standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Proficiency in Private and Public dentistry, with a strong focus on driving practice success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
