About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Compliance Specialist to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and reporting on mileage data for company vehicles
  • Ensuring compliance with HMRC and company policies regarding mileage
  • Liaising with stakeholders to communicate findings and ensure accurate data submissions
  • Assisting with audits and providing documentation as needed
  • Providing ad hoc project support on other projects across payroll/finance
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in data analysis. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookup
  • Proven experience in data analysis
  • Ability to deal with large volumes of data
  • Highly analytical and able to identify trends and patterns in data
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
