Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Specialist Community Public Health Nursing, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. A strong understanding of National Service Frameworks and NICE guidance is essential, as is the ability to prioritize care delivery and manage your time effectively.
