A permanent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Switchgear & Controls Workshop Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career at an ambitious company that is experiencing rapid growth in global critical infrastructure markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the production and assembly of Switchgear and Control Panels, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure seamless integration and project delivery.
- Provide leadership to the workshop team, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Assemble Electrical Switchgear and associated Electromechanical equipment/systems to engineering drawings and production timescales.
- Oversee the testing of switchgear, control panels, and busbar systems, troubleshooting issues found.
- Utilize expertise in the field of switchgear or electrical equipment to drive project success.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
