Key Responsibilities
  • Manage two Marketing Executives and provide guidance on marketing strategies and event planning.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our client's clean-tech solutions.
  • Plan and execute large-scale events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to identify business opportunities and develop marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and event management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in event production and management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering events within those budgets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members, external stakeholders, and third-party providers.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience with new technology scale-ups is preferred but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel to manage events onsite.
