About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you leveraging your sales expertise to proactively engage with customers at our shop, building strong relationships and advising on the products and services Halfords can provide to give them the best solution. You'll work with a team to deliver sales across the Halfords Group through referrals of jobs such as Tyres, MOT and Services, as well as other car maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend the right solution for the customer, whether we can fix it in the car park, at our local Autocentre or by arranging for our Halfords Mobile Expert van to fix it at the customer's home or work.
  • Work with the shop team, with colleagues in our Autocentre and our Halfords Mobile Expert teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Convert conversations into opportunities and achieve exceptional results against sales targets.
Requirements
  • Excellent rapport-building and communication skills.
  • Experience of delivering great face to face customer service ideally in a retail sales or automotive based environment.
  • A keen interest in or experience of working with motoring products / services.
