About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team at our new Accessorize pop-up store in Heathrow Airport T5. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales within the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, inspiring your team to provide outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising and window displays to drive sales and attract customers.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring that the store is fully stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Basic knowledge of visual merchandising and window displays.
