Key Responsibilities- Lead Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support Purchase to Pay Process: Provide business-wide support on the purchase to pay process, including training and improvement initiatives.
- Lead a Team: Lead a team of two transactional finance administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial tasks.
- Report Business KPIs: Ensure business KPIs are reported regularly and distributed to management, providing valuable insights into our financial performance.
- Transaction Month-End Routines: Responsible for transactional month-end routines, ESG reporting, and P2P process mapping, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Raw Material and Finished Goods Reconciliations: Work with the Production Accountant to maintain accurate raw material and finished goods reconciliations.
- Transactional Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy of transactional data with appropriate reconciliations, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
- Ad Hoc Analysis and Overheads Reporting: Provide support to Finance team management with ad hoc analysis and coordination of overheads reporting.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Finance Partner who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- Accountancy Qualification: Possess an accountancy qualification, such as AAT Level 4 or similar experience.
- Line Management Experience: Have experience in line management, with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Advanced MS Office Skills: Possess advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Computerised Accountancy Package: Have experience in the use of computerised accountancy packages, such as Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Be able to meet demanding deadlines and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
Vivergo Fuels Limited operates on the Saltend Chemicals complex in Hull, part of the AB Sugar division within ABF (Associated British Foods). We convert locally sourced feed wheat into bioethanol, a more environmentally friendly transport fuel, and a highly nutritious animal feed for the dairy industry.
