Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients with complex neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, severe neurological conditions, complex stroke, and spinal cord injury.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing advanced clinical reasoning skills to assess, diagnose, and implement appropriate nursing support plans.
- Lead and manage a caseload of complex patients, utilizing your expertise to provide guidance and support to colleagues and support workers.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with national guidelines and evidence-based practice.
Requirements:
- A current NMC Pin registration
- A legal right to work in the UK
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
