About the Role

Award-winning food and beverage company seeks a passionate and driven Customer Experience Executive to join their team. As a key member of the Customer Experience Manager's team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service standards and driving growth through efficient order processing and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Champion customer-centric service standards across all customer touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive account growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, dispatch, sales, and finance, to optimize operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the company.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in bakery, patisserie, or desserts.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in sales and order processing systems.
  • Strong academic background, minimum 2:1 degree from a top university.
  • 'Can Do' attitude with a passion for food and customer service.
  • Proven excellence in customer service.

  • Competitive salary of £30-32k (dependent on experience).
