Interim Financial Controller Opportunity

Meraki Talent Limited is seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to support a growing and diversifying business in Edinburgh.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Production and presentation of monthly reporting packs to the C-Suite and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on cash management, cash flow analysis, and forecasting.
  • Development and enhancement of cash flow analysis and forecasting models.
  • Establishment and development of the cash, financial control, and reporting function.
  • Design and implementation of cash processes, procedures, and controls.
  • Collaboration with the project team to develop and consolidate internal systems, business intelligence tools, and reporting capabilities.
  • Training and development of a small team of Accounts Assistants.
  • Management of bank accounts and relationships.
  • Review and development of compliance related to bank and lender covenants.

What We Offer

The position of Interim Financial Controller is based in Edinburgh with hybrid and flexible working conditions. The role will support the business for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extension if mutually agreeable.

Remuneration

The daily rate will be equivalent to up to £80,000 base salary.
