Alexander Lloyd is partnering with a Transforming Pension Administration Service to hire a Technical Services Consultant for a hybrid working model based in their office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert pensions technical support to the Technical Policy and Services team and other business areas.
  • Ensure compliance with the schemes' rules, pensions legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the schemes' rules and the broader pensions landscape, assessing the impact of changes on administration processes and members' benefits.
  • Contribute to the development of administrative policy and practices.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of the UK pensions regime, general pension administration processes, scheme rules, and pensions taxation legislation.
  • Specific knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pensions is essential, while knowledge of Defined Contribution (DC) arrangements is beneficial.
