We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our expanding digital team at Clarendon Fine Art. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth strategy of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of a cohesive customer acquisition strategy, including performance marketing channels and offline initiatives.
- Collaborate with our IT team to deliver website technology, new platforms, and systems to drive our digital business forward.
- Project manage and develop processes with our development partners to deliver innovative solutions.
- Produce regular reports and contribute to reviewing performance to ensure we meet our commercial sales plan.
- Use data insights and analysis to inform our commercial strategy and suggest improvements.
- Setup data dashboards, reports, and tools to drive a data-driven approach to business improvement.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a CRM, e-commerce, or digital role.
- Highly experienced in manipulating and presenting data.
- Confidence in suggesting new ideas based on data.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and implementation level.
- Hybrid working arrangement (3 days office, 2 days home).
- Up to 25 days' holiday + bank holidays with the opportunity to earn extra upon length of service.
- Artwork discount scheme of up to 50% on selected artwork.
