Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Product Team, you'll play a crucial role in guiding product pipelines, defining product technical specifications, and ensuring high-quality standards throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging technologies and market trends, informing product development decisions.
  • Product Specifications: Define product technical specifications, establishing gold standards for quality and performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure products meet designed specifications, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Testing Management: Coordinate user testing and independent lab testing to validate product performance and efficacy.
  • Product Knowledge Transfer: Work closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive product knowledge is transferred across the business.
Requirements
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and experience managing projects from concept to launch.
  • A keen interest in emerging developments within beauty technology, along with a thorough grasp of the technical nuances and scientific evidence that underlie the product development process.
  • Strong communication abilities, with the confidence to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project issues.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
