About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a CFO Hub Support Worker. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals with complex needs to overcome barriers and achieve their goals in education, training, and employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants in the community, at pop-up Satellite Hubs, and at our Activity Hub.
  • Provide high-quality support and guidance to facilitate participant engagement in activities that help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support and progression routes.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with support services to ensure comprehensive participant support.
  • Monitor and report on participant progress effectively.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs.
  • Experience in working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes.
  • Ability to build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with support services.
  • Proven experience of successfully working to targets and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management.
