We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a CFO Hub Support Worker. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals with complex needs to overcome barriers and achieve their goals in education, training, and employment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of participants in the community, at pop-up Satellite Hubs, and at our Activity Hub.
- Provide high-quality support and guidance to facilitate participant engagement in activities that help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement.
- Work closely with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support and progression routes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with support services to ensure comprehensive participant support.
- Monitor and report on participant progress effectively.
- Demonstrable experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs.
- Experience in working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes.

- Proven experience of successfully working to targets and key performance indicators.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
- 25 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), with incremental increases post 3 years' service up to 28 days.
