Job Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Engineering Stores team as an Inventory Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the stores department within Engineering, ensuring seamless inventory management and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload and process all deliveries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all stock is accurately booked into our inventory management system
  • Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Assist in ordering Engineering parts and materials
  • Monitor and manage the weekly budget, reporting figures to management

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations
