Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at DHL Exeter depot. As a Parcel Sorting Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient sorting and processing of parcels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and processing incoming and outgoing shipments in line with company compliance procedures
  • Manual lifting of shipments is required
  • Sorting parcels by hand into compartments on a sorting frame
  • Observing Health & Safety Rules and maintaining a clean warehouse environment
  • Bagging and labelling parcels

Requirements:

  • The ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
