About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our Pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Colleague. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing prescriptions, and assisting with various pharmacy tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with various pharmacy tasks, including collecting prescriptions from doctors' surgeries and assembling and processing prescriptions.
- Develop an understanding of our pharmacy services and promote them to customers.
- Support the Pharmacist with the delivery and effective record keeping of patient services.
About You
We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, highly organized, and passionate about helping people. You should have good computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. If you are a team player who is eager to learn and develop your skills, we would love to hear from you.
