As a Care Worker Assistant with Alina Homecare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their daily living needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Assist with medication management, including prescription collections and reminders.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying.
- Assist clients with mobility issues, helping them to get around their homes and engage in activities.
Requirements
- A caring and reliable attitude, with a strong commitment to providing excellent care and support.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle, to enable you to travel to clients' homes.
- The right to work in the UK.
