Position: Onboarding Specialist for Outsource UK Limited
Location: Remote
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, with flexible onsite requirements

Essential Skills:
- Prior experience in recruitment or onboarding processes is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate pre-screening activities, including health assessments and security checks.
- Track recruitment progress and update relevant systems accordingly.
- Maintain and update candidate records across various platforms.
- Prepare and execute onboarding procedures, including setting up IT accounts for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, particularly regarding data protection and confidentiality.
- Work efficiently within established timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Note: Candidates will be required to undergo BPSS Clearance.
