About the Institution:


This institution serves young individuals aged 11-16 who have faced permanent exclusion or are unable to participate in mainstream educational settings.

The students in this environment may exhibit disengagement from their studies and possess complex needs stemming from previous experiences, often resulting in challenging behaviors.


Responsibilities of a Physical Education Instructor:


The institution is seeking a Physical Education Instructor and is open to considering Sports Graduates or Early Career Teachers for this SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) setting.

While experience in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) with de-escalation training is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

The role will involve occasional travel to other centers, thus a full, clean driving license and personal transportation are essential.


You will be engaging with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, delivering both practical physical education lessons and theoretical components for GCSE students.

This position is also open to Early Career Teachers who meet all other criteria, even if they lack extensive experience.

Qualifications and Duties for the Physical Education Instructor:
Ideally, candidates should have experience in teaching Physical Education.
